Home Inspector for Raleigh, Cary, and Durham.
We also do Commercial building inspections.

Example home for home inspectionMy name is Jon Supler. I have been a home inspector in central and eastern North Carolina for 30 years. My home base is in Raleigh, NC, but I do a lot of work in Durham, Chapel Hill, Wilson, Cary and Rocky Mount and I have performed over 10,000 fee paid inspections. I also specialize in water intrusion inspections for homes with synthetic stucco or EIFS. I do continuous monitor radon testing as well as septic and well water inspections. I am one of the few inspectors that still walks on most roofs no matter the pitch; you would not believe some of the things I find up there that could never be seen from the ground or from the top of a ladder.

We provide home inspection and radon testing for our customers in North Carolina - specifically, Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Wilson, Rocky Mount, Apex, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, Garner, Research Triangle Park and all of Wake County (including the counties of Durham, Nash, Orange, and Johnston). We inspect hard coat stucco as well as synthetic stucco. Many people are under the false assumption that because the new stucco systems are drainable, maintenance problems and water damage to substrate are no longer an issue. Nothing could be further from the truth. All types of stucco need similar type maintenance and are subject to the same types of problems associated with EIFS systems.

Example home for home inspectionAll customers are encouraged to accompany me on home inspections. This is the most reliable means to gain an understanding of the various systems which make up a home.

Scheduling can be done by phone between 10am and 2pm daily (Monday through Friday) by calling Caryn Brockton at the office: 919-676-1171. Online Appointment or Home Inspection Requests can also be made 24/7 here. In most cases, reports will be emailed to the client the following day. If you need an inspection to be scheduled before 10am tomorrow, please call me on cell at (919) 880-3261. Detailed digital photos are included as a part of each report so there is never any question as to what exactly is the problem.
